Preset weightings

These are the integer values taken from the updated tkasomething forums - none of them include any weighting for Stamina, all are normalised to 10 Agility.
Finally I've added my own personal 'throw numbers at the wall and see what sticks' weightings, for you all to laugh at. Any feedback, there's a link on the homepage.
